Can I get my items autographed?
Of course! To have any item signed, you should let us notify us by Email at email@example.com right after you have completed your order.
How long will it take for me to get my order?
Orders are usually processed in shipped within 2 days of your order. Once your item has been processed and shipped, regular shipping times apply.
What shipping options are available?
Depending on where the order is placed from, we will ship your order either by regular mail, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground.

What warranty do your products come with?
All of our products come with a 15-day limited warranty that covers defects in manufacture and workmanship. Misuse of our products and shipping damage is not covered by our warranty.
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly give you a full refund less shipping and handling or exchange within 7 days of the reception date if the products is in its original condition. Washed merchandised, stickers and CDs are not returnable.
